Signing Up
We recommend members and drop-in visitors sign-up in advance to ensure you have a spot reserved for your preferred time. You are able to book classes a week in advance either through The FIIT Co. website or Mindbody app. You can also call us at the studio at

Late Cancel
If you are registered for a class and no longer able to attend, you have 8 hours prior to the start of class to remove yourself from the roster without penalty. For those who are on a Unlimited membership-based contract, late cancellation will result in a $25 charge. For an 8 pack membership, late cancellation will result in loss of class and $10 charge. Anyone with class packages (vs. memberships) will lose the class credit for a late cancellation.
No Show Policy
If you do not cancel and do not show, it is considered a “no show”. If you are registered for a class and are no longer able to attend, you have 8 hours prior to the start of class to remove yourself from the roster without penalty. For those who are on a Unlimited membership-based contract, no show will result in a $25 charge. For an 8 pack membership, no show will result in loss of a class and a $10 charge. Waitlist
If you add yourself to the waitlist, it is your responsibility to monitor if you get added to the class. You can view your waitlist status within your account via The Fiit Co. website, or Mindbody app.
It is also your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer are available for that class. If you are added to class from the waitlist and you either late cancel or no show for the class, the same rules apply as the above cancellation and no show policies.
Barefoot Training
By exercising barefoot, you will improve your balance and overall stability, see improvements in posture and movement patterns, and decrease tension and pain.
For those who are not comfortable training barefoot, we ask that you bring CLEAN indoor sneakers specifically for working out to ensure our space stays clean and free of any outside dirt and debris.
